Constant In Opal is a registered member of the Music Publishers Association (MPA) and the Association Of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP) and has full publisher membership of the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society (MCPS) and the Performing Rights Society (PRS).

Constant In Opal are also professional members of the British Academy Of Songwriters and Composers (BASC) and the Musicians Union (MU).

Through worldwide networking, sub-publishing, licensing and industry contacts, Constant In Opal maximises the international potential of each song in their extensive catalogue and works closely with songwriters, composers and bands in all aspects of song placement, creative development and career guidance.

We are active in commercial music publishing, library music publishing, production mood music, original music and commissions, international music publishing, music production, and copyright clearance.

Further to the exploitation and promotion of our company's copyrights, we also collect music publishing royalties on behalf of our songwriters and composers and protect our songwriters and composers interests. If you as a songwriter or composer, have had any of your songs or instrumentals released in any format for example singles, albums, compilation albums, videos, DVDs, film, computer games or if you have had your songs or music broadcast on radio and/or television anywhere in the world and you need representation as a songwriter or composer for music publishing, then please contact us, as we can collect your royalties/money for you if you have not been paid.

Constant In Opal has extensive research facilities for songwriters and artists who are unsure if they are owed money or are unable to collect their royalties. These facilities provide us with information on copyrights, publishing, license requests, and releases.
