Who are we but a collection of memories? Our past experiences determine who we are and how we act. Memories are recorded and stored as we age and with time, they have more and more influence. Our time line is the memory coding of the brain, it is how people encode and store their memories. Otherwise, how would you know the difference between a past memory and future dream?

Our behaviour is guided by decisions that we've made in the past. Whether conscious or unconscious, these decisions affect our behaviour in the present. All our decisions are stored in our own personal time line.
