The album is the follow up to the critically acclaimed album ‘The Map Is Not The Territory’. Due to expansion, Constant In Opal Music requires enthusiastic, imaginative and dedicated A&R staff to search through MySpace for amazing acts and songs from around the world.

Interested parties should ideally have a broad taste in music and considerable patience is an advantage !

We require interested parties for our A&R team from all over the world !

The eventual plan is to have set genres of music under the crystal gaze of defined A&R staff .

Any member of the A&R team who unearth a song or act which Constant In Opal duely signs will be renumerated by being entitled to a percentage of the publishers share of future song royalties.
